Handled another corner case in displaying of email

Fixed bug to allow undefined extension to default to .log.

Added additional reporting to setbg

Chnaged setbg to report to ~/.setbg.hist to show the history of images
displayed over the course of a run.

Also changed it to output ~/.setbg.stats to display statistics about how
many images have been displayed and are available.

Finally fixed the forward file! Note that we cannot symlink the

This is not perfect as we reach into the @msgs array to grep the first
subject line. A sender with multiple messages may very well have
different subject lines. Also we needed to make a copy of @msgs.
Apparently a reference into the @msgs array messes up the later pop
operation.

Created rexec.pl

rexec.pl is a remote execute script. This one is oriented towards single
execution though it can handle multiple machines and multiple commands
it's sorta klunky. It also does not have any of the parallelization and
logging facilities that were envisoned for rexec. The script rexec still
exists and should be integrated into rexec.pl over time. Still need to
make a Machines.pm modules to link to.

Having lots of problems with certain shopts

Depending on architecture and other things sometimes even the same
version of bash may or may not support things like shopt -s autocd.
My kludgy workaround here is simply to ignore stderr.

Simple script to use ssh to tunnel ports for IMAP (1143 -> 143) and SMTP
(1025 -> 25) to defaria.com so I can read and write email to my home
server.

Note -Nf puts ssh in the background after establishing the tunnel.
