Seems this set of scripts didn't like the additional of the Make licensing because Make licensing often had 0 usage. The 0 was being carried forward and used as a denominator for some divisions causing divide by zero errors. I fixed up these errors which then caused it to loop indefinitely. Seems a for loop didn't properly anticipate having a usage of 0. Fixed
