Dear Ms. Fields,

As per our telephone conversation I would like you to investigate the former marriage of my fiancée, Olga Moffet (AKA Olga Fedoryaka), to Jon Allen Miller of Tempe, Arizona as well as the relationship between Olga and an Eric Stapley. Here's a little background:

Olga Fedoryaka entered the US March of 1995 on a K1 Fiancée Visa with Michael Moffat from Tempe, Arizona. They married on May 27, 1995 they were divorced by May 3, 1996.

Near the end of 1996 Olga met Jon Miller and they dated for a while. Olga tells me she was also dating Eric Stapley who she met while working at a company called Arcus Data Security. She said that she and Eric had an argument and partly out of spite she accepted Jon's invitation to get married. They married January 18, 1997 for a very brief time. Shortly thereafter Olga felt that she did not love Jon and could not see a lifetime of togetherness. Eric and his mother were helping Olga try to anull her marriage with Jon and when they couldn't they helped her file a divorce.  The divorce was finalized by July 14, 1997. Eric proposed to Olga and they lived together for a few weeks but Olga decided not to marry Eric.

Olga lived on her own for a while and at the urgence of Olga's first ex husband, Michael Moffat, left the US to join him in Hong Kong hoping to repair their relationship.

I met Olga in July, 2000. I returned in September, 2000 we got engaged and I started the K1 Fiancée visa process. I visited her again in December, 2000 and we were approved in January 2001. We had an interview date of April 23, 2001 in Warsaw. While at the interview the consular grew suspicious about Olga's second marriage to Jon Miller. He voiced his concern that the marriage was a sham marriage intended to fraudulently obtain immigration benefits and decided to send our application back to the INS for "administrative review".

All of this story is from Olga and as we know there are many sides to a story. I'm interested in finding out Jon and Eric's side of this story. Of course I'm most concerned with any hints that Olga's marriage to Jon was fraudulent or if they ever filed anything with the INS or intended to file for a visa. I am also interested in learning any facts that might help me prove that no fraud was committed nor intended. As such I'd like to know:

1. When Olga and Jon met
2. How long they dated / how long they were married
3. What were their intentions with respect to their marriage
4. Why the marriage failed so quickly
5. When Olga and Eric met
6. How long they dated
7. What were their intentions with respect to their engagement
