 104 States Citizen, filed an I-129F on behalf of my fianc&eacute;e, Olga Fedoryaka,\r
 105 in October 2000 and which was subsequently approved by the California Service\r
 106  Center on January 2, 200</p>\r
 107        \r
 108 <p>Following an interview \r
 109  by the  consulate in Warsaw, Poland on April 23, 2001 with the petitioner \r
 110  and beneficiary,  the file was sent to the Western Service Center for Administrative \r
 111  Review  pursuant to 9 FAM, Part 41. The case was shipped via registered mail\r
 112  (No.  4382893) to Laguna Niguel on May 16, 2001 and has been said to have\r
 113  left to Dulles Airforce Base on May 22, 2001.</p>\r
 114 <p>Please advise as to the \r
 115  following:</p>\r
 116 <ol>\r
 117      <li>If/when the case was received by your office;</li>\r
 118      <li>If a new case number has been assigned;</li>\r
 119      <li>A definitive statement of what the problem is with my petition;</li>\r
 120      <li>The status of the investigation;</li>\r
 121      <li>A reasonable estimate of when a decision will be reached;</li>\r
 122      <li>Whether I will be permitted to introduce any evidence or \r
 123 additional  information to support my case and if so how and where</li>\r
 124 </ol>\r
