120 <p><small><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">Following an interview
\r
121 by the consulate in Warsaw, Poland on April 23, 2001 with the petitioner
\r
122 and beneficiary, the file was sent to the Western Service Center for Administrative
\r
123 Review pursuant to 9 FAM, Part 41. The case was shipped via registered
\r
124 mail (No. 4382893) to Laguna Niguel on May 16, 2001 and has been said to
\r
125 have left to Dulles Air Force Base on May 22, 2001.</font></small></p>

\r
148 I spoke to John Serra at the CSC. He advised me to send this fax. He said
\r
149 that the "P" file was in some workstation and apparently the "A" file was
\r
150 in Phoenix. He said I should mention that my petition was approved way back
\r
151 on January 2, 2001 and that I was present at the interview in Warsaw on April
\r
152 23, 2001 when the consular officer said he was returning the petition to
\r
153 the CSC. As stated above the petition was traced back to Dulles Air Force
\r
154 Base on May 22, 2001. I do not know how to trace it further. The petition
\r
155 is stuck somewhere in the CSC, probably waiting for the "A" file or something
\r
156 like that. I have already been to my Congressman and my Senators but they
\r
157 have been unable to help locate the file. I've been through several immigration
\r
158 attorneys and none of them have been able to get status of my petition although
\r
159 one managed to get FIOA files for both me and my fiancée. I see no
\r
160 reason why I should be delayed in starting my family with my fiancée
\r
161 from the FIOA files. I have faxed several times in the past to no avail.
\r
162 I've even driven 10 hours down to Laguna Niguel and was told nothing. It's
\r
163 been 8 months now and as far as I can see my returned petition is just sitting
\r
164 there not being processed and nobody knows why. John Serra verified for me
\r
165 that my petition is stuck and John does not know why it is not going forward
\r
166 so he suggested that I fax the Assistant Center Directory. Please, please,
\r
167 I beg of you! Please find out for me why my petition has not even been acknowledged
\r
168 of being received back by the CSC and why it is not being processed right
\r
169 now. I feel I've waited patiently enough and that my petition should be being
\r
170 processed by somebody there at this moment. John mentioned that you are currently
\r
171 processing petitions from November 5, 2001 so I would suspect that my petition
\r
172 should be processed immediately!</font></small></p>
\r
174 <p><small>John also says I should request notification that my petition has
\r
175 been received and that my petition is being processed.</small></p>
\r
